EvanLily Engineering is led by owner Frank E. Wells, PE. Frank began his career in 2007 after graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering degree. Frank has spent the time since graduation working for some of the largest and most world renowned engineering and consulting firms Black & Veatch and Mott MacDonald. Frank successfully delivered many projects over these years, but was most proud of being the electrical field engineer for a 4×1 combined cycle conversion project located outside of Lakeland Florida; the numerous successful projects delivered with the JEA telecommunications, water/wastewater, power generation, and power distribution departments; and helping smaller regional utilities across north Florida realize their goals without breaking the bank. There were some bumps and growing pains along the way but sometimes those bumps carry the best lessons.
I would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to my professional counterparts along the way that helped to mentor and guide me. I am grateful for what I have, pleased with where I’ve been, and excited for what’s to come. Evanlily offers mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering solutions in the commercial sector for public and private clients. Whether it be the construction of new facilities or the renovation of existing facilities, our focus is on superior engineering design with unparalleled responsiveness to client needs. Our goal is to understand the desires of our clients, while offering cost effective designs that EXCEED EXPECTATIONS. Recent equipment procurement issues have challenged many developers. Our unique thinking in materials procurement has allowed recent clients to get their project to market quicker by utilizing alternate engineering methods and more commonly available equipment options.

Evanlily Engineering provides power distribution engineering and emergency power systems engineering for public and private sector clients. Our power delivery experience ranges up to 35kV in both aerial and underground installations. Our emergency power experience ranges up to 2500kW diesel and natural gas generators. We have serviced large electrical utility providers, smaller electrical Co-ops, and private developers. We work closely with the owners and their stakeholders to deliver engineering designs that are optimized for end use goals, delivered ahead of schedule, and under budget to EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.

Evanlily has been providing telecommunications systems engineering in the northeast Florida area since 2008. Our lead electrical engineer and owner has personally delivered over 100 miles of outside plant fiber optic distribution engineering to support the expansion of a private fiber optic network for a local client. The client quickly realized the value and responsiveness that our owner brought to the table, which is evidenced by the repeat business over a seventeen year period. Evanlily Engineering carries the necessary expertise to engineer and permit fiber optic distribution systems in public and private right of ways, with cost effective solutions that EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
